Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Lead and manage commercial transformation projects, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. This includes developing detailed project plans, defining scope and deliverables, proactively identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks.
• Communication & Collaboration: Serve as a central point of contact for all project-related communications. Effectively communicate project updates, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders at all levels, including local and regional teams. Simplify complex information into clear and concise messaging for effective cascading.
• Planning & Execution: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans with clearly defined milestones, timelines, and dependencies. Implement robust tracking mechanisms to monitor progress and ensure on-time delivery. Demonstrate initiative and ownership by driving projects forward and anticipating challenges. Ensure transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across internal local and regional teams. Effectively manage expectations and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Facilitate collaboration and address competing priorities effectively.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, ideally within a commercial or sales business planning environment.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and present it clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapt to changing priorities, and work autonomously and proactively.
