Job description
Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing multiple company Solution projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client requirements.
- Mentoring project engineers and teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment for the project deliveries.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans for project execution, material delivery, and billing, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management for each project.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and vendors, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensuring all projects adhere to industry standards, technical specifications, and quality assurance practices and on-time communication and status updates. Also, ensuring that all projects comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and progress updates. Provide regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Education – Minimum 7-10 years of proven work experience as a Project Coordinator/Engineer/ Manager, or similar role & B. Tech or Diploma in Electronics/Telecom/CS Engineering or related specialties, or relevant certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
- Markets – Should have experience in project management, from conception to delivery with an ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans. multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
