Production / Sales Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to ensure timely completion of assembly projects.
• Coordinate with the production team to allocate resources and manage workflow efficiently.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communication between departments, suppliers, and customers.
• Facilitate regular meetings to discuss project status, address challenges, and ensure alignment with project goals by tracking project milestones and deliverables, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and any changes.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all production activities, including work orders, assembly instructions, quality control reports, production outputs, material usage, and inventory levels.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
• Support the implementation of quality control processes to maintain high standards in the assembly of Bredel pumps.
• Assist in conducting inspections and audits to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure the timely procurement and availability of materials and components required for assembly.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate reordering to prevent production delays.
• Address and resolve any material-related issues in coordination with suppliers and vendors.
• Generate regular reports on production performance, including key metrics such as output, efficiency, and quality.
• Provide recommendations for process enhancements and operational improvements based on data analysis.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and effective communication.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Liaise with customers to provide updates on project status, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with the final product.
• Coordinate customer visits and inspections as needed, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Gather customer feedback to inform future improvements in production and project management.

Requirements:

• Formal relevant qualifications.
• Electrical/mechanical background.
• Exposure to Project coordination, communications, or a related field.
• Advanced English writing/reading competencies. Fluent.
• Strong writing skills.
• Data analysis skills.
