- Promoting the products and generating business
- Achieving assigned area and brand-wise sales targets
- Conducting activities and programs as per company strategy—Product demonstrations, symposiums, CMEs, etc. to generate revenues
- Maintaining excellent relationships with all leading customers in the area
- Promoting, positioning, and selling existing brands of Wellesta
- Ensuring full placement of products in the entire market
- Increasing market reach and visibility
- Conducting doctors' meets
- Organizing educational training programs and other marketing activities
- Obtaining necessary government approvals for product demonstrations
- Following up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction
