Product Management Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop product line vision, strategy, product and technology roadmaps and business plans and make executions for new product development and launch.
• Builds alignment across multiple functions inside the organization
• P&L Responsibility: deliver on revenue and gross (or standard) margin targets by driving execution of the business plan
• Define market lead time requirements, provide guidance on capacity planning by forecasting demand and working closely with the GPM and supply chain organization to set safety stock requirements, etc.
• Familiar with the industry of Energy storage System and New energy, and market and sales experience of connector product. 
• Demonstrate thought leadership to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• 4-year technical or business degree required. Advanced degree (MBA) or relevant P&L management experience preferred
• 5+ years of product management or sales, engineering experience.
• Relevant product or industry experience desired.
• Positive and optimistic, with strong execution ability. 
• Strong communication skill needed with cross-country team
• Frequent business trip expected within China. 
• Fluent English required. 
• Highly interpersonal and communication skills
• Drives results primarily through collaboration and influence and passion with cross functional team
• Interacts and/or negotiates effectively
