Responsibilities :

• Pressure-test and approve all regional strategies for the category.
• Monitor strategy implementation, measure and track internal performance (KPIs) within each spend category.
• Drive annual productivity improvements in each spend category.
• Develop expertise in spend categories.
• Serve as an escalation point for cross-functional issues.
• Work with regional strategic sourcing managers to develop long-term strategies for their groups of categories.
• Responsible for delivery of budget and financial targets
• Direct the sustainability and responsible sourcing strategy for indirect spend.
• Activating CAPA process together with Quality and follow up the non-conformity resolution with suppliers.
• Comply with the process flow for Supplier Verification Prerequisite program, effectively support the initial approval and annual evaluation processes.
• Meet the requirements of the approved supplier program for chemicals PRP program and to ensure the completion of quality & ISG approvals for new chemicals.
• Manage contract and approval processes with suppliers for the Waste Management program.
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Ensure R&D and Quality required changes are communicated and implemented with relevant suppliers.
• Supporting actions that will affect QFS parameters and ensuring that the actions are carried out on time.
• Ensuring team prioritizes and monitors actions on urgent matters due to OHS and QFS requirements and ensuring that this culture is transferred to the team.
• Work with KWS Lead for cost optimization projects and be a member at LDS COE, QFS COE.
• Attract, develop and retain talent.

Requirements:

• University graduate with minimum 7 years track record within Procurement, with min 2 years people management experience
• Advanced sourcing toolkit and proven supply base management
• Strong analytical skills

• Strong relationship building skills
• High level English knowledge (reading, writing, speaking)
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Knowledge in SAP is preferable
