Plating Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities:

• According to product drawings and project requirements, make and submit project-related plan information.
• According to the NPI project progress plan, design the plating process flow, complete the production of plating samples, and submit to FAA.
• Coordinate the design review, changes and improvements related to the project and correct the defects and deficiencies in the design.
• Tackle the technical problems of equipment and fixtures in the production process and make suggestions for improvement.
• Complete the relevant documents and operating specifications required for mass production to meet the guiding conditions required for formal production.
• Lead the improvement of the existing process technology and actively promote the lean management model to ensure the department can achieve KPI indicators.
• Analyze and control production parameters and material consumption and provide relevant technical support for various improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, applied chemical engineering or chemical engineering related major.
• More than three years of working experience in plating process.
• Have good communication skills, teamwork spirit and analysis ability of difficult problems.
• English CET-4 or above
