Plant Controller

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Plant operations to drive plant financial achievement, collaborate with functional teams to drive process improvements to achieve operational efficiencies and productivity
• Perform in plant MOR review, provide recommendations for corrective actions and opportunities for improvement to operation functions
• Responsible for month/quarter/year-end financial closing process, prepare accurate and timely financial reports including variance analysis and explanations to regional Ops Finance
• and Plant GM  
• Aim to identify and highlight business risks timely and coordinate with Ops function to mitigate effectively
• In still strong internal controls and ensure that the plant operates with full compliance, focus on internal control enhancement
• Support the business in key contract and agreement reviews, work with respective stakeholders to protect company best interest 
• Ad hoc support on project basis, provide financial support on business cases

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or financial management
• 10+ years’ experience in operations finance accounting with a minimum of 3 years of management experience
• Experience in budgeting/forecasting processes/cost structure, SAP experience would be a plus
• Account recognition and financial controls experience
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Analytical thinking, details oriented and problem-solving orientation
• Teamwork, collaboration skills and high adaptability a dynamic and challenging environment
