Job description

Responsibilities:


  • They will be responsible for measuring the performance and satisfaction of our customers and users, using various tools and methods such as surveys, feedback, analytics, and social media and configure the experience tracking toolset.
  • Identify and resolve any key issues or complaints that may arise.
  • Addressing and resolving operational issues or disruptions promptly to minimize impact on the business
  • Ensuring that operational systems and tools are functioning properly, including performing routine maintenance and updates.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to operations processes, procedures, and changes


Requirements:


  • The ideal candidate should have a degree in marketing, business, or a related field, and have experience in customer service, customer experience, and data analysis
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to use various tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, observability and campaign tracking tools.
