Responsibilities:
Preparation of monthly MOR review data by getting details from the sales team consolidating the data & share with Commercial Head for final review.

- Monthly tracking of brand-wise & state-wise sales, depletion & SOH and variance analysis vs budget/FCST.
- Engage distributor MIS in regions directly, to allow Commercial Managers to be in field and not spend time at office in data collation
- Sending sales report/data to IWSR once in a month (the 8th day is the deadline).
- Prepare Analytics now that we have 12 month data
- Analytics KPIs to be defined by Amit & Arnab as per MWB
- Support commercial finance for trade schemes working & securing approvals before submitting the claims.
- Work with Regional Sales Team for coordination
Planning:
- Trade Scheme (A&P/DD)
- Preparing of incentive plans with the support of the commercial director.
- GWP Scale
- Visibility Scale
- Templates are ready, need to collate data in relation to LY
Quarterly Activation plans:
Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.

- Competition Pricing / Indexing
- Act as a coordinator between sales & commercial finance, as required as per SOPs.
- Create and maintain monthly operational scorecards to track and report on KPIs.
- Build this gradually (ongoing)
- Preparing various MIS data as per sales / Fin ops team requirements.
- BPC data upload of full P&L and checking of RB/FCST/Budgets
- Provide data in various routine / adhoc templates as required by Region/Group related to managerial reporting
- Support in data clean up and providing to project team during ERP implementation
- Support in ERP implementation as and when required
- 6 months from Jan onwards
- Assist finance & SC team in automation and cleanup of excel files
- Assist commercial / finance team in preparation of valuation/budget PPT
- Ensure quality of data , its standardization and work towards creating a central data hub for organiastion.
- Be single source of data hub for commercial , supply chain and finance function.
