Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze marketing data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics.
- Conduct trend analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the market.
System Management:
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of marketing information systems.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the marketing database.
- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
Campaign Optimization:
- Work closely with marketing teams to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
- Recommend adjustments to campaigns based on performance analytics.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and consumer behavior.
- Use market insights to contribute to the development of marketing strategies.
Competitor Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities in the market.
- Provide recommendations on how to position our products and improve competitiveness.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and finance, to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to various stakeholders.
Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to marketing teams on the effective use of MIS tools and systems.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in marketing MIS within the liquor industry or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and databases.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
