Overview:

Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including personalization, segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Implement nurture campaigns to move prospects through the sales funnel and drive conversions.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across campaigns.
- Balance multiple campaign requests while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
Demand Generation & Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
- Support and provide strategic inputs into demand generation efforts by planning and implementing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead acquisition.
- Partner with campaign, COE and BU teams to align marketing strategies with account-level goals and objectives.
- Utilize ABM tools to engage high-priority accounts through targeted marketing activities.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs and demonstrate the ROI of marketing efforts.
- Ensure data integrity across platforms and maintain compliance with data management protocols.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in marketing automation or a related role, with demonstrated proficiency in Eloqua, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Technical & Analytical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and ABM platforms (e.g., Demand base, Marketo, HubSpot).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and develop actionable insights.
- Proficiency in HTML, email templates, and API integrations.
