Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities: 

• Supervise and develop manufacturing processes.
• Supervise and supervise production process control and supervision.
• Leading and supporting process improvement projects.
• Supporting and managing process improvement projects, including the development and implementation of process improvement projects.
• Working closely with the production team to achieve targets
• Preparation and updating of production documentation - Operating instructions, setup instructions, PFMEA.
• Training of technical colleagues
• Liaising with foreign project teams.
• Participate in root cause analysis of customer complaints and implementation of actions.

Requirement: 

• Technical diploma. 
• Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in FMEA management.
• Minimum of FMEA experience FMEA experience in the field of product development.
• Knowledge of problem solving methodologies (5why, Ishikawa, 8D, A3).
• Willingness and motivation to learn and develop.
• Project management skills would be an advantage.
