They are constantly growing by creating new technologies through its Research and Development efforts and branch into new business lines through Investments and Acquisitions.


Job description

Responsibilities:


You will be required to perform the following within tight deadlines:


  • Provides expert and objective advice to senior management to support decision-making in respect of M&A valuations on specific transactions. 
  • Supports the development and execution of M&A transactions by providing comprehensive financial analysis activities including building and utilizing complex financial models, including risk and uncertainty analysis.
  • Develops, coaches and mentors team members in areas of expertise.
  • Contributes to the continuous improvement of relevant processes and methodologies to become a center of excellence of valuation for the Company
  • Provides ad hoc financial analysis activities including on transfer pricing, impairment reviews, Shareek incentives, and group policy reviews.
  • Manages Financial Advisors for valuation activities on transactions.  
  • Develops relationships in banks to bring external perspectives on the M&A landscape to the Company
  • Supports the FIM-led mandating of Financial Advisors including the development of RFPs, selection criteria, and evaluation of proposals.


Requirements:


  • Education Level: Bachelors
  • Education Degree: Bachelor of Science
  • Education Discipline: Business and Management e.g. Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering 
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 10 years including 5 years special experience in M&A Transactions
