Logistics Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Logistics analyst role specifically focused on transportation/logistics data, not a logistics operations position.
• The position reports to the Logistics Manager.
• Part of a team that includes Logistics Analysts and Planning Analysts.
• Review, monitor, analyze & report the critical transportation milestones from booking through to final delivery
• Analyze transport data to drive service level improvements
• Proactively identify, resolve and report any transportation issues or delays in coordination with transportation service providers
• Pro-active communication of transportation-related risks, including supply chain disruptions, environmental delays, and geopolitical factors
• Collaborate with Regional Transportation Teams to drive initiatives aimed at enhancing overall transit time performance
• Collect, analyze, and report key transportation metrics, including on-time delivery and transit times, to evaluate performance and detect trends
• Assist in maintaining accurate data within control tower systems, ensuring smooth updates on transportation movements and potential disruptions using freight forwarder reports and BN4L-generated reports

Requirements:

• Strong data analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel skills are must-have, including Excel macros.
• Background in logistics, transportation, or import/export data.
• Good communication skills are required due to frequent interaction with global stakeholders.
