Litigation Legal Counsel

Responsibilities:

• Track record of working with overseas companies
• Conducting thorough research on legal precedents, statutes, and regulations relevant to cases.
• Managing the discovery phase, including gathering evidence, reviewing documents, and preparing interrogatories
• Regularly updating clients on case progress, legal options, and potential outcomes.
• Identifying legal risks and advising clients on mitigation strategies

Requirements:

• 4 to 6 years of experience as an in-house lawyer or Senior Associate of a reputable law firm/ reputable organization
• Minimum a bachelor’s degree or master’s Degree is a must in legal (LLB/LLM)
• Ability to work on excel sheets, presentation and word.
• Good research skills.
• Good English Command.
• Strong understanding of litigation processes and court procedures Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving 
• Ability to attend lawsuits and prepare legal memos.
• Ability to conduct investigations and provide a detailed report in both languages
