Responsibilities: 

• Understand and promote the TP&E products, solutions, standards, monitor adoption via appropriate communications, training, monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives. 
• Collaborate with IT T&PE Indonesia Manager and CSI Transformation responsible to identify the business impact of their products, evaluate their added value proposition and keep Market IT and business teams informed about product portfolio and roadmap.
• Engage with business representatives to lead the technology component of business initiatives in the Karawang Factory as face of T&PE with IT T&PE Indonesia Manager supervision. 
• Assess the factory technology requirements, business value and drive their prioritization accordingly. 
• Recommend best T&PE product(s) to achieve the business strategy. 
• Drive the feedback loop to keep T&PE Product Teams informed about factory plans, priorities, and challenges as well as collecting service improvement opportunities. 
• Gather, guide, and collaborate with diverse members of the product teams to address specific challenges or problems the factory is facing and need immediate action, relying on his manager when necessary.
• Perform TP&E coordination role in local IT/Business projects. 
• Actively participate in all local IT projects enforcing correct adoption of T&PE products, methodologies, standards, and guidelines, to ensure quality of delivered work and alignment to project requirements. 
• Proactive follow-up of execution and communication to customers on project status and risks.
• Local TP&E budget planning and management, in collaboration with product teams and IT T&PE Indonesia Manager coordination with local T&PE vendors, contracts, and procurement management. 
• Ensure IT expenditure, including capital expenditures, are properly documented, budgeted, and approved in line with local and requirements. 
• Coordinate and perform hands on for last mile local activities (project and incidents) for infrastructure and End-user services aligned with the T&PE operational model. 
• Support the management and coaching of local team members (contractors), supporting their successful performance and development in coordination with the IT T&PE Indonesia Manager. 
• Ensure the standardized support model is deployed with the global vendors and keep a strong relationship with all support teams to achieve effective end-to-end service delivery, acting as escalation point for critical T&PE incidents.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Information Technology or Business Function.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal
• Experience working Office 365 Product and have deep knowledge about Network configuration
