It has its branches spread to more than 5 countries, providing employment to 250 people. Their core business is to represent their client in countries that they do not operate in, and market/sell their products for them. Job description
Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key hospital accounts, healthcare groups, and distributors in Singapore.
Sales Growth:
- Drive sales performance by identifying opportunities within existing accounts and implementing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Strategic Planning:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (marketing, regulatory, supply chain, finance) to develop account-specific strategies and business plans.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the medical device sector.
Contract Negotiation:
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and tender submissions to ensure profitability and compliance.
Customer Support:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues efficiently.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular updates on account performance, forecasts, and sales pipelines to the management team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or key account management, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore healthcare landscape and regulatory environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
