Our Client operates in the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry, with its headquarters rooted strongly in Singapore. It has its branches spread to more than 5 countries, providing employment to 250 people. Their core business is to represent their client in countries that they do not operate in, and market/sell their products for them. They have achieved a wide client base in a very short time, and are looking for new talent.

Job description

Responsibilities:


Account Management: 


  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key hospital accounts, healthcare groups, and distributors in Singapore.


Sales Growth: 


  • Drive sales performance by identifying opportunities within existing accounts and implementing strategies to achieve revenue targets.


Strategic Planning: 


  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (marketing, regulatory, supply chain, finance) to develop account-specific strategies and business plans.


Market Intelligence: 


  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the medical device sector.


Contract Negotiation: 


  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and tender submissions to ensure profitability and compliance.


Customer Support: 


  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues efficiently.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular updates on account performance, forecasts, and sales pipelines to the management team.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or key account management, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Singapore healthcare landscape and regulatory environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
