Our Client operates in the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry, with its headquarters rooted strongly in Singapore. It has its branches spread to more than 5 countries, providing employment to 250 people. Their core business is to represent their client in countries that they do not operate in, and market/sell their products for them. They have achieved a wide client base in a very short time, and are looking for new talent.
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strong territory-specific sales plans to meet customer needs and achieve business and sales objectives incorporating cross-functional support
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs through interactions and establish superior working relationships with key physicians in assigned territory
- Utilize data and analytics to prioritize engagements and interactions. Understand customer channel preference, focus, and behaviors and adjust style and delivery accordingly to deliver meaningful engagements with HCPs
- Assists in the identification and resolution of issues, and opportunities and communicates proactively to marketing and sales management
- Establishes rapport and credibility with customers to support key decision makers, and builds relationship with the organization
- Develops and presents business proposal that meets customer’s objectives. Leads pricing and contract negotiation activities with customers to facilitate closure of proposal
- Updates key account plans, including capturing customer engagements in an online CRM system; takes ownership of customer service requests and enquiries.
Requirements:
- Degree in Science/ Biomedical engineering is preferred
- Preferably 5 years of experience in medical device i.e Butterfly , ultrasound, EEG, iCTG etc particularly roles in sales and marketing, or stakeholders management
- Proven track records in planning, managing or delivering complex cross[1]functional projects
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to analyze data/insights and translate results into better solutions
- Agile and resilient, able to stay positive in challenging environment and work towards delivering results
- Proven results of delivering customer solutions and achieving business goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with presentation skills to large groups
