IT System/ Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Handled large scale front-facing projects, with experience in stakeholder engagement and management.
• Proven and hands-on experience with IT project implementation, specifically on user requirements gathering, IT business analysis, application solutioning, UI/UX design and using testing software.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design IT systems that meet business requirements
• Evaluate existing systems and technologies, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of work experience as business analyst or equivalent position. Handled large scale front-facing projects, with experience in stakeholder engagement and comms management. 
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Management of Information Systems, Information/ Infocom Technology, or related discipline;.
• Proven and hands-on experience with IT project implementation, specifically on user requirements gathering, IT business analysis, application solutioning, UI/UX design and using testing software. 
• Experience in AGILE methodologies and Cloud platform projects, preferably in using Jira, Figma, MS Visio, and Tricentis Tosca.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Have a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills, able to work and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure business needs are met.
• Possess strong communication skills with an excellent command of the English language. 
• Must be organized and able to work with minimal supervision to ensure tasks are well completed and project is on schedule.
