Job description

Responsibilities:


Project Management:


  • Ensure on-time, on-budget, and on-quality delivery of integrations.
  • Manage project finances, resources, and timelines effectively.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Adapt to evolving project scopes, timelines, and requirements.
  • Lead and motivate the integration team to achieve project goals.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project-related issues.

 

Technical Expertise:


  • Possess a deep understanding of API development, management, and security best practices.
  • Be knowledgeable about integration patterns, middleware, and integration platforms.
  • Have experience with business applications management, including selection, deployment, maintenance, and optimization.
  • Understand enterprise IT architecture principles, including systems integration and scalable architecture design.

 

Integration Lifecycle Management: 


  • Lead all phases of integration projects, from initial assessment and design through build, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
  • Formalize and analyze the existing integration landscape ("as-is" state).
  • Collaborate with application teams to define and validate the target integration landscape ("to-be" state).
  • Design and document integration solutions in line with Company's integration standards.
  • Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of integrations.
  • Provide support during system integration testing and hypercare periods.
  • Ensure seamless handover of integrations to the application support team.

 

Communication and Stakeholder Management:


  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication among project team members, stakeholders, and internal clients.
  • Effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with enterprise architecture, application remediation, and development teams.
  • Provide regular project updates to program governance bodies and stakeholders.

 

Other Key Responsibilities:


  • Define and manage the integration project budget.
  • Manage contractual processes related to integration activities (if applicable).
  • Participate actively in project meetings and governance committees.
  • Proactively track, manage, and escalate risks and open issues.

 

Requirements:


  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of overall experience in IT, including: 
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing integration solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience managing offshore partners.
  • A proven track record of driving complex integration programs from planning to deployment.
  • Experience integrating with SAP S4 is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with API management platforms and tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proven experience in managing project budgets and resources.
  • Desirable Certifications: PMP or equivalent, TOGAF, ITIL
