Injection Molding Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Instructing employees on occupational safety issues as well as ensuring and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Technical and disciplinary supervisor (m/f/d) of all employees in individual plastic part production (approx. 30 employees)
• Controlling the work effort of employees
• Advising, instructing and informing employees about duties, tasks, responsibilities and changes in the work process
• Conducting performance appraisals of subordinate employees
• Scheduling and technical monitoring and control of the workflow
• Troubleshooting operational disruptions in collaboration with other departments
• Arranging maintenance, informing the supervisor about defects and their Elimination
• Optimization and improvement of production processes
• Provision of department-specific key figures (OEE, etc.)
• Personnel planning, personnel deployment planning, detailed production planning
• Independent prioritization of capacity bottlenecks and identification of risks
• Process optimization using analytical and statistical methods (5S method, 5 Why, Poka Yoke, Kanban, etc.)

Requirements :

• Completed vocational training in the field of process mechanics, plastics and rubber technology or comparable
• Further training to become an industrial master (m/f/d), master craftsman (m/f/d), technician (m/f/d) or completed studies, alternatively many years of professional experience
• Hands-on mentality
• Professional experience in a similar position
• Experience in human resources management
• Experience in process optimization
• Good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
