Responsibilities:

• In collaboration with business leaders, build short-term and long-term strategic plans. 
• Partnering with the local leadership team on strategic organizational plans. 
• Develop effective sourcing strategies aligned with business goals to create a sustainable talent pipeline via multiple channels.
• Take ownership of Employee relations.
• Implement an operating model for the market and functions that enables efficient and effective execution of the business strategy.
• Partner with regional teams to define and plan the Learning and development plans.
• Support compliance with country-specific regulatory frameworks and company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in HR Management, Business Partnering with global company.
• Experience in deploying Human Resources change management, partnering and strategic workforce planning, by liaising with regional team and local leadership.
• Proficient in English and Chinese.
