Job description

Responsibilities:


  • Manage Talent Acquisition activities, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers, and maintaining candidate data and records.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and coordinating orientation programs.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, such as managing calendars, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in the coordination of training and development programs for employees.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion programs.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of corporate experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in using HRIS systems and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
