HR Advisor

Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Partnership: 

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and develop HR strategies that support business objectives.

Employee Relations: 

• Serve as a trusted advisor, addressing employee queries and resolving issues to maintain a positive work environment.

Talent Management: 

• Lead talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding to attract and retain top talent.

Performance and Development: 

• Support performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development planning.

HR Policies and Compliance: 

• Ensure adherence to local labour laws and company policies, and assist in policy development and implementation.

Organizational Development: 

• Identify opportunities for organizational improvements and drive initiatives to enhance culture and employee engagement.

Data-Driven HR:

Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field as a minimum.
• 6+ years of proven experience as an HR Advisor / Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a shared services environment.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and local labour laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
