Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with the wider People strategy and overall business strategy.
- Partner with the MD and senior leadership to drive organisational effectiveness
- Act as a thought leader in HR practices to influence decision-making at the leadership level.
Talent Management:
- Support acquisition strategies to attract top-tier talent, working with the local Resourcing team
- Support the design and implementation of talent development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
- Oversee performance management processes to foster a culture of high performance
Employee Engagement and Culture:
- Drive initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and promote a positive work environment.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts.
- Act as a steward of company culture, ensuring alignment with global values and local nuances.
HR Operations and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Partner with global people operations teams to ensure alignment of processes and policies.
- In partnership with global reward team colleagues manage compensation, benefits, and rewards frameworks in line with global standards and local requirements.
Change Management:
- Lead HR efforts during organisational changes, including restructuring, mergers, and policy updates.
- Support communication strategies to ensure smooth transitions during periods of change.
- Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regional and global HR teams and relevant CoEs including Resourcing and Reward teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the MD and leadership team on all people-related matters.

Experience:
- Demonstrable progressive HR experience, with significant experience in a senior HR leadership role.
- Proven track record of operating in a standalone or matrixed HR environment.
- Experience working within a global organisation, with exposure to multicultural environments.
Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of Indian labour laws, employment practices, and HR trends.
- Familiarity with global HR frameworks and best practices.
