Our Client operates in the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry, with its headquarters rooted strongly in Singapore. It has its branches spread to more than 5 countries, providing employment to 250 people. Their core business is to represent their client in countries that they do not operate in, and market/sell their products for them. They have achieved a wide client base in a very short time, and are looking for new talent.
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs for the purpose of new business expansion, new products, internal-external portfolio assessment.
- Support potential brand acquisitions, mergers & acquisitions and joint ventures and help structure new business transactions, working closely with the business leaders.
- Building business proposals, market evaluation, sales forecasting, pricing strategies, goto market plan, P&L assessment, and new product launches.
- Assessing timelines, logistics, schedules, cost and other estimations associated with a project.
- Support end-to-end development and delivery of new business pitches and presentations.
- Close collaboration and communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- B.Pharma / B.Tech with MBA with 15+ relevant years experience in marketing, sales out of which 10+ years in Business development from Pharma / Medical services.
- Proven track record of generating new business leads, work on new business leads, project management.
- Proficiency in MS Office / CRM software / Power point presentation and data analysis.
- Time management and planning skill
- Therapeutic & Market knowledge.
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport.
- Proficiency in English
