Our Client operates in the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry, with its headquarters rooted strongly in Singapore. It has its branches spread to more than 5 countries, providing employment to 250 people. Their core business is to represent their client in countries that they do not operate in, and market/sell their products for them. They have achieved a wide client base in a very short time, and are looking for new talent.

Job description

Responsibilities:


  • Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs for the purpose of new business expansion, new products, internal-external portfolio assessment.
  • Support potential brand acquisitions, mergers & acquisitions and joint ventures and help structure new business transactions, working closely with the business leaders.
  • Building business proposals, market evaluation, sales forecasting, pricing strategies, goto market plan, P&L assessment, and new product launches.
  • Assessing timelines, logistics, schedules, cost and other estimations associated with a project.
  • Support end-to-end development and delivery of new business pitches and presentations.
  • Close collaboration and communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.


Requirements:


  • B.Pharma / B.Tech with MBA with 15+ relevant years experience in marketing, sales out of which 10+ years in Business development from Pharma / Medical services.
  • Proven track record of generating new business leads, work on new business leads, project management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / CRM software / Power point presentation and data analysis.
  • Time management and planning skill
  • Therapeutic & Market knowledge.
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport.
  • Proficiency in English
