Global Procurement Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Working in a global environment
• Preparation of internal and supplier meetings based on key figures
• Preparation of tender documents and evaluation of tenders
• Gathering data and facts to identify potential savings
• Data preparation and analysis in the preparation of projects
• Preparation, implementation and follow-up of potential workshops with internal functional departments and suppliers
• Developing new approaches and processes to identify optimization measures in close coordination with the line manager System maintenance
• Ongoing plan tracking, deviation analysis and development of solution approaches Collaboration in projects
• Presentation of analysis results and recommendations for optimization
• Support in the development and implementation of the purchasing strategy
• Builds strong relationships with internal customers to optimize performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Business management, Statistic, Mathematics) or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in field
• Strong strategic-analytical skills and very good comprehension skills
• Knowledge of ERP systems as applicable to purchasing (SAP knowledge is a plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Fluent in English language) other languages are an advantage
• Strong strategic-analytical skills and very good comprehension skills
• Negotiation and analytical skills
• Advance use of MS office application mainly focusses in Excel
• Solid presentation skills, will be presenting to upper management (Sr. Mgrs. and Directors)
• Communication and teamwork skills as well as strong implementation skills
