Global Logistics – Rate Audit Team Lead

Responsibilities:

• Providing leadership to both APAC and EMEA rate audit/invoice verification teams. 
• Ensure that the optimal workload is assigned to each resource and the day to day services are delivered without compromising quality. 
• Process accurate and timely payment through review and audit of out of tolerance supplier invoices. 
• Reduce invoice that are out of tolerance by performing analysis to determine solution recommendations. 
• Correspond effectively and responsively with suppliers regarding their invoice status. 
• This position will require that the applicant have the ability to work across time-zones with other company offices. Dependability will be crucial to support members of the extended team located in other company offices. 
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP R3, and related software program applications preferred
• Interact and communicate effectively with the extended team, Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Suppliers
• Good business knowledge of Logistics, Freight Payment, Supply Chain is added advantage 

Requirements:

• 3-5 in accounts payable, contract management, or procurement tasks (ideal candidate will have experience in SAP and execution of freight payment)
• Bachelor’s Degree - fields of Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, Accounts Payable, or related areas or relevant experience
