Job description

Purpose:


  • Develop and oversee work schedules and plans to coordinate and enhance the overall sales operations. 


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate, organize, and implement sales initiatives, activities & projects.
  • Develop and implement efficient sales plans.
  • Build strong professional relationships with the existing customers & recruit new customers.
  • Sign BDAs with the top weighted customers, discounters & wholesalers.
  • Ensure all sales routes under his supervision have up to date route plans.
  • Ensure that all routes under his supervision have the correct quantity and mix of saleable product to service their outlets daily as per the company must stock list.
  • Ensure the correct visibility, availability and display according to the company standards in all outlets under his supervision.
  • Responsible for the achievement of product distribution targets under his supervision
  • Responsible to deliver monthly sales volume by category by brand by SKU. 


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
  • An agricultural or business background/FMCG is a MUST.
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience, 2 years of which were spent in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong experience in TT channel KSA/Western Region. ? Traditional trade 
  • Based out of Jeddah handling (Makkah, Madinah, Jeddah & Tayef).
