Job description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in solutioning and bidding for new projects.
- Engage client stake holders and business users.
- Represent iCompaz in technology meetings.
- Project manage EUC and cross functional projects.
- Review project documentation.
- Engage project, client and vendor resources to deliver projects.
- Escalation point for troubleshooting for EUC technology.
- Provide connection with various iCompaz internal teams and Offshore our client teams.
- Manage technology partners and service providers for iCompaz and Client.
Requirements:
- Degree in IT.
- Minimum 6 years working experience in international companies.
- Strong track record of managing EUC environment and executing projects.
- Certification in Project Management, ITIL, Microsoft.Microsoft 365
- Experience in MacOS is a strong plus.
