Job description
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and training to technology staff and end-users.
- Deploy, configure, and manage endpoint devices and client applications.
- Keep a comprehensive record of all assets related data in a proper record keeping
- Deploy and configure M365 applications (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) across user devices.
- Manage updates and patches for M365 applications and desktop systems.
- Liaise with external vendors for services
- Manage patching and updates for Intune-managed devices.
Requirements:
- Operating systems: Extensive experience with Windows 10/11, iOS
- VDI Solutions: Advanced knowledge of VMware Horizon, Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop, Thin clients
- Experience in device management & troubleshooting for Windows, iOS/iPadOS.
- Experience in M365 and configuring and managing Configuration Profiles, Compliance Policies, Defender policies, Firewall rules etc. is a plus
- Device Management: Proficiency in managing desktops, laptops, thin clients using Microsoft End Point Manager (Intune), MECM, Altiris and Mobile Device Management Solutions.
- Security: Experience with endpoint security solutions, encryption technologies and security best practices.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on troubleshooting complex technical issues across multiple devices.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities, including experience leading cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior staff.
