Responsibilities:
- Experience in IT, with at least 5 years in Intune and EUC management.
- Strong expertise in managing Windows and Mac devices in hybrid and cloud environments.
- In-depth knowledge of Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and other Microsoft ecosystem tools.
- Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python).
- Familiarity with EUC tools and platforms like Jamf for Mac device management.
- Solid understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards.
Microsoft Intune Management:
- Act as the primary owner for Microsoft Intune, managing its implementation, configuration, and optimization.
- Design and enforce policies for device compliance, security, and conditional access for Windows, Mac, and mobile devices.
- Oversee app lifecycle management, including deployment, updates, and retirement.
EUC Leadership:
- Lead the EUC team to deliver high-quality end-user device management services across the organization.
- Define and implement strategies to enhance user productivity and experience while maintaining security and compliance.
- Collaborate with IT, security, and operations teams to align EUC solutions with organizational goals.
Endpoint Lifecycle Management:
- Manage the full lifecycle of endpoints, including provisioning, patching, monitoring, and decommissioning.
- Leverage automation tools and scripts (e.g., PowerShell) to streamline endpoint management processes.
- Ensure seamless device onboarding for both Windows and Mac environments.
Security and Compliance:
- Implement and manage security baselines, encryption, and data protection policies for all endpoints.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as GDPR, ISO, and other relevant regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments for endpoint devices.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on the latest developments in Intune, EUC technologies, and device management trends.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the performance, reliability, and security of EUC solutions.
- Lead efforts to modernize the EUC environment, including adopting zero-trust principles and cloud-based solutions.
Team Leadership and Support:
- Provide mentorship and guidance to EUC team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues related to Intune and EUC.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, processes, and user guides.
Requirements:
- Degree in IT or related field.
- 8 to 10 years’ working experience in IT companies with 5 years in Intune and EUC management.
- Strong track record of managing EUC environment and executing projects.
