Electrical Design Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design & Development of Electrical Drawings –SLD’s, wiring diagrams, cable routing layouts, lighting & earthing layouts etc. based on Scope & inputs provided.
• Design & development of I/O list, instrument loop diagrams, instrument location layouts, JB connection diagrams & PLC enclosure layouts etc.
• Collaborate with inter disciplines to get the required inputs to update the drawings.
• Ensure quality of the drawings as per Standards.

Requirements:

• Candidate with 4-6 years’ experience in electrical design & detail engineering in Oil & gas/Chemical/refinery industry.
• Expertise in AutoCAD/MicroStation tool 
• Hands on experience in designing the electrical and instrumentation drawings like single line diagrams, schematic diagrams, GA’s, Panel drawings, cable routing drawings, loop diagrams & connection diagrams etc. 
• Familiar with electrical design calculations (Cable& conduit sizing, Transformer sizing, lighting calculations, earthing etc.) 
• Able to manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Good at communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
