Responsibilities:

• Support in identify areas for improvement in factory operations and production processes.
• Research and evaluate appropriate smart factory solutions to address identified areas for improvement.
• Support the deployment of the smart factory roadmap and strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Support the implementation of selected smart factory solutions, including project management, system design, and deployment for QA App, DDS and AM 
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure effective delivery of smart factory solutions and ongoing support.
• Ensure smart factory solutions are properly integrated with existing systems and processes.
• Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for smart factory solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to users of smart factory solutions.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in smart factory technology.
• Communicate regularly with senior management and other stakeholders on the progress and impact of smart factory initiatives.
• Responsible for executing projects related to improvement, innovation, formula changes, and capital projects in their line.
• Active participation in the COE of CI/PO to understand variations and OEE trends of their line
• Supports smart factory improvement projects oriented to generate savings and increase productivity to directly impact the OEE and comply with the plant savings pipeline
• Ensures compliance with the KWS methodology through digitization as well as participating in the assigned COE
• Enables learning among their collaborators during the training sessions.
• Generates monthly executive performance reports by platforms Applications. 

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field 
• Language: English, advanced level
• Knowledge: Results-oriented, analytical, and creative thinking. Working by objective and proactive
• Fresh graduate or at least 1years of experience in smart factory technology or related field.
• Strong project management skills, including experience in smart factory implementations.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate and select appropriate smart factory solutions for specific business needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
