Digital Planning & Governance Manager

Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Development: 

• Develop and implement digital strategies to align with the organization's overall objectives. 
• Ensure integration of digital plans across various departments.

Governance and Compliance: 

• Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure compliance with digital policies and regulations. 
• Monitor and report on compliance and risk management related to digital initiatives.

Project Management: 

• Oversee digital projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget. 
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of digital plans.

Data Management and Analytics: 

• Develop and implement data governance policies. 
• Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and optimize digital performance.

Stakeholder Management: 

• Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure their needs are met. 
• Communicate digital plans and progress to senior management and other stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement: 

• Stay updated with the latest digital trends and technologies. 
• Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance digital capabilities. 
• Responsible for developing and maintaining a quarterly and annual plan for the Digital organisation. 
• Aligning with business and our delivery partners, managing the budget and support the management of our strategic partner contracts. 

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital planning, governance, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
• Experience managing digital projects and working with cross-functional teams.
