Digital Delivery and Innovation Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of digital strategies that enhance business processes, improve customer experience, and drive growth
• Oversee the delivery of digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Foster a culture of innovation within the organization by identifying emerging technologies, trends, and best practices that can be leveraged to create new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, IT, marketing, and operations teams, to ensure alignment and support for digital initiatives.
• Manage and mentor a team of digital professionals, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to succeed in their roles.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Monitor and report on the performance of digital initiatives, using data and analytics to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital transformation, project management, and innovation leadership.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, AI, IoT, and data analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
