Job description

Responsibilities:


  • Leading cross-functional teams to execute revenue growth initiatives and projects.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure alignment of trade marketing strategies across different channels.
  • The CM Manager works closely with the sales team to align sales strategies with overall revenue growth objectives. They may provide insights, analytics, and support to help optimize sales processes, set sales targets, and identify opportunities for revenue generation.
  • Collaboration with the marketing team is essential for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness. The CM may provide input on campaign planning, messaging, targeting, and performance tracking to ensure alignment with revenue goals.
  • The CM works closely with the finance team to analyze revenue data, forecast revenue projections, and track financial performance against targets. They may collaborate on budgeting, pricing decisions, and financial modeling to support revenue growth initiatives.
  • Data Analysis : Analyzing sales data, market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Strategy Development: Developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue across various channels, including sales, marketing, pricing, and product optimization.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with sales, marketing, product development, finance, and other teams to align revenue growth strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Pricing Strategy: Developing and implementing pricing strategies that optimize revenue and profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
  • Customer & Revenue Growth Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase a company's revenue. Primary objective is to drive revenue growth through various channels such as sales, marketing, partnerships, and product optimization.
  • Plan and execute trade promotions, activity grid and distributor & customer specific JBPs.
  • Analyzing sales and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize pricing strategies and product offerings.
  • Design and execute promotional programs such as discounts, rebates, and in-store promotions.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of trade promotions and campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
  • Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness of promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure alignment of trade marketing strategies across different channels

 

Requirements:


  • 5-7 years relevant experience
  • Location : Istanbul, Turkey
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong negotiation skills – to manage pricing discussions with distributor
