Corporate Strategy – Senior Manager

Responsibilities:

• Translating business requests into well-defined problems.
• Collaborates with the corporate strategy and business unit teams to solve complex business problems.
• Guide and coach India Corporate strategy team and manage their day-to-day activities.
• Develop strategies and approaches to fulfill complex project assignments in creative and meaningful ways.
• Analyzing industry structure, competitive dynamics, and market attractiveness and its likely evolution to inform strategy development.
• Identify key trends across markets, industries, and competitors that affect our businesses.
• Create analytical models to address key business questions and translate output into clear stories.
• Support development of robust strategic plan for Client.

Requirements:

• MBA or another advanced degree from a top program is desirable.
• 6-10 years of post-MBA experience with a top-tier General Management Consulting Firm, with a focus on high tech or diversified industrials clients, is preferred but not required.
• Individuals should be a strategy practitioner well versed in the theory and tools of strategy formulation as well as the practical implementation of strategy within a complex organization.
• Well-honed understanding of the key levers to deliver superior and consistent total shareholder return (TSR).
• Operational track record of dealing with strategic business issues including microeconomics, industry structure, operations strategy, and finance.
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle – with experience applying these skills in managing teams and leading projects.
