Corporate Recruiter - Alphen aan den Rijn / remote - 32 - 36 hours
Responsibilities:
- As a Recruiter, within a team of 18 Talent Acquisition Specialists in EMEA, you will focus on recognizing and attracting top talent within both the Netherlands and Europe.
- You know how to attract and inspire this talent and take your applicants on the best Candidate Journey they have ever experienced.
- In this role you are a true business partner in recruitment. So, what will you be doing?
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies for a diverse and high-potential candidate pool
- Managing end to end recruitment processes for various roles and departments (Sales, Consultancy, Tech, Marketing, Finance…).
- Building and maintaining relationships with your Hiring Managers at all levels.
- Endless room for your initiatives and ideas, for example in being our brand ambassador (on socials) or on how we can improve our processes and candidate experience!
Requirements:
- A bachelor's or master's degree
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Recruiter, ideally in a large, international organization
- Fluency in Dutch and English (Do you also speak another European language? That's a plus!)
