Responsibilities:

• Process of GAFI matter and can deal with governmental authorities in relation to corporate work.
• Experience in corporate Governance and Licensing process.
• Provide legal advises and Consultations and act as business partner with different stakeholders.
• Creating, analyzing, and negotiating contracts to ensure the company's interests are protected.
• Overseeing any legal disputes, including working with external counsel when necessary.

Requirements:

• 5-7 of experience as a corporate lawyer in a reputable law firm or multinational organization.
• Experience in Corporate matters including but not limited to drafting, reviewing and authentication 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and Verbal in Arabic and English.
• Skills: Legal Research, Legal Drafting, Negotiation, presentation and excel spreadsheets.
• Experience in Contracts reviewing.
