Continuous Improvement Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Identify and lead projects that directly contributes to but not limited to performance metrics, productivity, and efficiency that is aligned with the goals and targets of teams supported
• Challenge existing process gaps & identify opportunities for further improvements by working closely with the team in the Philippines
• Drive standardization, streamlining, and adherence of key processes of the hub
• Facilitate the onboarding process of new hires which includes issuance of onboarding checklist and training of key processes, tools, and systems
• To both lead and support any activity that is intended to increase the knowledge, skills, and abilities of team members of the hub.
• Creation, improvement, and maintenance of standard process flows and documentation by closely working with the teams within the hub.
• Key member of global continuous improvement community; to share best practices, conceptualize process improvement cases, and lead projects and activities. 
• Take role as internal process consultant to assistant Supply Chain team to resolve process issues and improve metrics performance.

Requirements:

Educational Degree: 

• Degree /Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or equivalent 

Professional Experience (years in what processes and function):

• SAP (or other ERP software) – > 4 years
• Understanding of MRP, experience in Supply Chain Planning– > 4 years 
• Experience in either FG or RM planning or Procurement

Special Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills:

• Extensive spreadsheet/Excel analysis and strong mathematical abilities.  
• Must be detail oriented and able to communicate to cross functional teams.
• Proven track-record of leading process improvement projects
