Responsibilities:
- Identify and lead projects that directly contributes to but not limited to performance metrics, productivity, and efficiency that is aligned with the goals and targets of teams supported
- Challenge existing process gaps & identify opportunities for further improvements by working closely with the team in the Philippines
- Drive standardization, streamlining, and adherence of key processes of the hub
- Facilitate the onboarding process of new hires which includes issuance of onboarding checklist and training of key processes, tools, and systems
- To both lead and support any activity that is intended to increase the knowledge, skills, and abilities of team members of the hub.
- Creation, improvement, and maintenance of standard process flows and documentation by closely working with the teams within the hub.
- Key member of global continuous improvement community; to share best practices, conceptualize process improvement cases, and lead projects and activities.
- Take role as internal process consultant to assistant Supply Chain team to resolve process issues and improve metrics performance.
Requirements:
Educational Degree:
- Degree /Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
Professional Experience (years in what processes and function):
- SAP (or other ERP software) – > 4 years
- Understanding of MRP, experience in Supply Chain Planning– > 4 years
- Experience in either FG or RM planning or Procurement
Special Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills:
- Extensive spreadsheet/Excel analysis and strong mathematical abilities.
- Must be detail oriented and able to communicate to cross functional teams.
- Proven track-record of leading process improvement projects
