Job description

Responsibilities:


  • Design a holistic HoRecCa and events strategy including the ideal consumer in store journey per type of channel.
  • Manage and develop HORECA activation team in Top cities.
  • Manage the HoReCa and Events partnerships and solidify the business relationships.
  • Working with Brand Engagement Content team to design the total experience for On Premise, and integrates the digital channels (IQOS club and social)
  • Execute with excellence the Consumer Engagement activation in HoReCa, Events, seasonal and other occasions.
  • Manage the full operational part of HoReCa and Events (manpower, processes, flows and systems).
  • Measure and optimize brand activations to maximize brand and UX
  • Find commercial partnerships that delivers joint experiences for IQOS communities.
  • Connect channel experiences with content partners, social, and other communication channels.
  • Budget management of allocated channels
  • Establish the target, type of venue, occasion, and the shopping mission that needs to be impacted by the brand in each channel.


Requirements:


  • Business administration and/or Marketing degree
  • 8-10 years of experience in consumer activation in FMCG industry, marketing, HoReCa or Events
  • Sales experience is a plus as we need a person that understand commercial programs
  • Strong negotiations skills
  • Knowledgeable of the HoReCa and Events top accounts in the Romanian market
  • People Management and coaching
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in cross functional teams
  • Passionate brand builder
  • Big +: good understanding of social, content partners, PR, and communications.
