Responsibilities:

Technical Communication/Presentation:

• Creatively develops tools, visual aids and other original content to support the understanding/education of complex and technical information (e.g., legal, operational risk, and regulatory data).
• Utilizes of the organization’s business model and operations to drive high impact projects and complex analyses that support the organization’s mission.
• Leverages deep understanding of the policies, practices, trends and information that impact the organization and its customers to plan for future projects.
• Utilizes of the business and financial impact of decisions/solutions to drive high-impact projects that support the organization and contribute to financial performance.

Industry Knowledge:

• Demonstrates advanced understanding of the industry and its performance by remaining current on leading trends and interacting with industry stakeholders.
• Serves as an expert on industry issues, including trends and challenges or concepts; provides guidance and expertise on unique situations.
• Guides customers and key stakeholders on selection and application of industry products/services, enabling them with the proper tools, resources and for successful implementation.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Identifies and manages key business partner relationships, listens to and understands their needs and expectations, maintains open two-way communication and delivers value to business partner. 
• Maintains, facilitates, and improves upon those relationships and demonstrates accountability for results.
• Develops trust and influence among key business partners. Is available and consistently communicates with business partners to reach desired goals in a timely manner, showing flexibility when needed.

IT Network Management:

• Plans and determines resources for network management projects and provides suggestions to enhance capabilities and performance.

Technical Communication/Presentation:

• Creatively develops tools, visual aids and other original content to support the understanding/education of complex and technical information (e.g., legal, operational risk, and regulatory data).
• Guides others on the best practices and approaches for creating clear, concise and organized communication materials to convey technical concepts in a user-friendly way.
• Challenges others to bring fresh and creative perspective to differentiating technical communications and ensuring comprehension and ease-of-use for various audiences.

Emerging Technology Trends and Practices:

• Applies of emerging technology trends and best practices to show the potential business application of technology improvements.

Requirements:

• Experience range 12 to 16 years
• Communicates effectively
• Leverages data purposefully 
• Manages detail and complexity
• Ability to troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure and application issues.
• Familiarity with DevOps principles and how cloud engineering ties into the larger DevOps ecosystem.
