Job description

Responsibilities:


  • Executive business strategy set by the store manager to deliver business results and targets on clienteling and performance KPIs.
  • He/she is the role model and mentor for the team in how to boost and improve:
  • The delivery of a couture service, strategic zoning encouraging sales in partnership and OTO appointment routine.
  • A colleague centric mindset and a fluid client journey across categories.
  • Conversion rate, cross selling, AVT, upselling
  • Ensure the inclusion of digital tools and assets in the client journey and in the clientelling routine.
  • Ensure suitable product knowledge engaging all team members in training through morning briefs and products brief planning.
  • Has a key role in coaching team members to develop their skills in selling techniques and Clienteling, and support store manager in identifying appropriate career paths for every individual.
  • Perform effective and motivating Monthly touch bases.
  • Capable of being an agent of change with and impeccable colleague team player approach.


Requirements:


  • Has effective management and coaching skills, is able to follow up on results, identify, opportunities, motivate people to go beyond their comfort zone and go the extra-mile.
  • Communicate transparently and effectively.
  • Very good understanding of performance KPIs and ability to implement action plan to improve them.
  • Has excellent product and story telling knowledge.
