Job Description:

• We are currently searching for qualified candidates with a solid foundation in project coordination, focusing specifically on Government projects, to join our team as a Civil Engineer.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and coordinating projects within governmental frameworks, ensuring adherence to regulations and standards.
• This role requires strong communication skills to liaise effectively with government agencies, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Additionally, proficiency in project management tools and techniques, as well as a deep understanding of civil engineering principles, are essential.

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Coordinate water-related projects, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality targets are met. Serve as the main point of contact for project communication among stakeholders.

Design Oversight:

• Supervise contractor design for drainage, sewerage treatment, and sewage pumping stations.
• Ensure designs comply with specifications and regulatory requirements.

Technical Expertise:

• Apply knowledge of water-related design to support project planning and execution. Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to project teams.

Documentation and Compliance:

• Maintain project documentation and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure adherence to regulations, standards, and contractual obligations.

Risk Management and Stakeholder Engagement:

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Foster positive relationships with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

• Overall, 3-4 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a relevant field.
• Mandatory certification in MICE / MHKIE or completion of Scheme A for non-chartered candidates
• Previous experience as a Project Coordinator in Government water related projects is highly desirable.
• Experience in contractor design is essential.
• Proficiency in water-related design work, focusing on Drainage, Sewerage Treatment, and Sewage Pumping Station projects.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering
