Job description

Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership: 


  • Lead the development and execution of business unit strategies to achieve company goals and drive growth.


Financial Oversight: 


  • Manage the unit’s budget, monitor financial performance, and optimize resources to ensure profitability.


Operational Excellence: 


  • Oversee daily operations, streamline processes, and improve efficiency across the business unit.


Team Management: 


  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.


Sales and Market Growth: 


  • Drive sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.


Requirements:


  • Proven sales leader: You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in the consumer goods industry, with a stellar track record of exceeding targets and driving distributor growth.
  • Commercial strategist: You possess a deep understanding of commercial levers (pricing, assortment, merchandising, trade marketing) and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Master negotiator: You are a persuasive communicator and skilled negotiator, able to influence stakeholders at all levels and secure win-win outcomes.
  • Team builder and motivator: You are passionate about developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and customer-centricity.
  • Fluent communicator: You are fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
