Their core business is to represent their client in countries that they do not operate in, and market/sell their products for them. Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the business unit’s strategic plan to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify market opportunities and lead initiatives to capitalize on emerging trends and consumer needs.
Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all functions within the business unit.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes.
Financial Oversight:
- Manage the business unit's budget, forecasting, and financial performance, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
- Analyze financial reports to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Team Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Set performance objectives and conduct regular evaluations to ensure team alignment with business goals.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to inform product development, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to maintain a strategic advantage.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure cohesive execution of business strategies.
- Act as the primary liaison between the business unit and other departments to align objectives and resources.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Represent the business unit in executive meetings and industry events.
Requirements:
Education:
