Business Process Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Automate / streamline manual data transformation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency for specific business needs
• Manage semi-automated iterative processes maintaining ongoing data integrity 
• Create insightful, intuitive and visually appealing dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data and process needs and provide analytical and digitization support.
• Document data processes, methodologies, and analysis techniques for future reference and training purposes.
• Bridge process and technology gaps with innovative solutions using a variety of tools (e.g. Power Automate, Python, PowerApps, SQL, etc.)
• Translate complex requirements into effective business solutions.

Requirements:

• Any Degree with relevant work experience preferably in supply chain or procurement.
• Be able to quickly shape data into reporting and analytics solutions
• Total 5+ years of intensive hands-on different BI, ETL tools and platforms 
• Be experienced in tools and systems on SQL Server, Power Automate, Power Query, Power BI, and DAX 
• Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level (Power query, macros).
• Proficient with Power BI – must have the Excellent visualization skills with data manipulation skill in power query
• Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
• Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude 
• Demonstrable willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
