Responsibilities:
- Sales and Marketing Growth Plans – Crafted plans to explode total company business growth in Foodservice Channel.
- Portfolio Management – Working on multi-tier, multi-segment categories to accelerate growth across different consumer groups to maximize the business growth, sales, and profit for the company
- Distributor Management – Working with distributors across the markets from business planning to marketing and sales strategies to in-store, below-the-line and above-the-line executions. Collaborate with distributors on sell-out analysis to uncover growth gaps and opportunities.
- Consumer-centric Category-Country Strategy – Designed and introduced the consumer insight-based growth strategy by category-country combination to unlock category and market growth, which was previously non-existent in the company business.
- Regional Campaign Design and Execution –Working on ideation, regional design and local adaptation and execution of campaigns that build on each category strategy.
- Select Customer Development – new business development of potential select key customers (FS/e-comm) that the KH distributor partner may engage for new sources of revenue.
- Key Account Development – conduct Joint Value Plan with key customers in FOODSERVICE, and eCommerce.
- Ensure the JVP is fully aligned with the distributor for monthly execution.
- Lead/participate in the distributor monthly sales cycle operations plan to ensure timely execution of monthly category & customer plans.
- Supply Chain Management – Initiated the full supply chain tracking system for company Markets from ordering to shipping to systematize issue escalation and resolution (late ordering, delays, quality issues, customer complaints) more actionable.
- Forecasting and Demand Planning – Leads the demand planning process with the distributors starting with sell-out analysis and campaign planning to sell-in forecasting and shipment planning. Feeds this data to regional demand planning to ensure stock availability from Export Affiliates.
- Team management – a leadership skill to manage a small team of 2-3 people to coach, develop the key necessary skills and working closely to achieve the same goals.
Requirements:
- Education Background: Business Administration Degree
- Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree minimum
- Working Experience: 5 years of experience in sales or marketing at FMCG company
